At the beginning of summer break I went to a soccer camp in Barcelona where we had 4 hours of soccer a day and we also had excursions like going to the beach or going to a science museum. At Barça camp we had dorm rooms with two per room and the hotel also had a buffet for every meal and we got to travel with the official Barça bus. We met this German goalkeeper named Ter-Stegen who played for Barça because his son went to the camp as well.

After camp we went to the US and I went to summer camp for two weeks and had tons of fun. During the first week I was in the biggest and oldest girls cabin with a bunch of friends and also made some friends from other cabins. We did a lot of fun things in the cabin like drawing, coloring, or making silhouette with the flashlight on the wall. During the day we played tons of card games and we hung out in the chill zone with other friends not in our cabin.

The second week I moved down two cabins with two people from our cabin and happened to be in the same cabin as another friend. Some of the activities I did were tennis and iron chefs which is cooking food over a fire. Halfway through the week they had to flush out the wells so we couldn’t use water for a few days but other than that both weeks were amazing and I can’t wait to go back next year.
